Alveary French Lessons (2021-22)

Charlotte Mason used a combination of songs & rhymes, picture vignettes with accompanying stories, Gouin’s ‘series,’ skits, literature, and grammar study to teach languages in a way that was incredibly robust and comprehensive. Aside from actually pulling all of this together, one of the biggest challenges for modern Mason educators has been how to provide language lessons 3-5 days per week without a teacher who is fluent in the language.
